Canberra Eye Hospital is Canberra's only fully quality accredited Eye Hospital. Initially, it was granted this prestigious award in 1996, the maintenance of which requires a continuing program of quality assessment activities across all areas of service delivery, particularly sterility and equipment maintenance. The award was renewed for a further four year cycle in December 2006.
